Performance ranks are earned through the cumulative PV of your weaker binary leg — they cannot be purchased. Each rank unlocks higher bonuses and life-changing cash incentives. Valid from 1 January 2023.

Bonus Deep-Dive

Understanding Each Bonus in Detail

Retail Profit & Repurchase Bonus
Up to 40%

The simplest income stream. Buy at member price, sell at retail price — the difference is your profit. On top of that, Norland pays you an additional 20% repurchase bonus every time that same customer reorders. Combined: up to 40% per transaction cycle.

Example: GI Vital at R900 member price. Sell at R1,080 (+20%). Customer reorders next month → +R180 repurchase bonus. Total earned from one customer on two orders: R360.

Fast Start Bonus
Cash + Vouchers

Paid when you sponsor new members. Calculated as 50% of your weaker leg's new member PV — paid in cash. You also receive a free product voucher worth 25% × 2 of the new member's joining PV.

Example (Senior sponsoring two Seniors):

  • Cash: R1,170 × 2 = R2,340
  • Product Voucher: R1,890 × 2 = R3,780
  • Total: R6,120 value from two sponsorships

Group Performance Bonus
10% – 13% Weekly

The primary team income. Calculated weekly on the weaker binary leg of your team's sales. No SSD, no break-away, no cut-off — your team's PV always counts regardless of timing.

  • Senior: 10% | Bronze: 10.5%
  • Silver: 11% | Gold: 12% | Diamond: 13%
This bonus is calculated weekly — meaning it can be earned and received every 7 days as your team grows.

Maintenance Bonus
3% – 8% | 12 Generations

Earn from your downline's ongoing retail and maintenance orders through your sponsor tree — up to 12 generations deep. Compressed calculation means no generation is ever skipped.

  • Generation 1: 8% | Gen 2: 7% | Gen 3: 6%
  • Gen 4: 5% | Gen 5: 4% | Gen 6–7: 3%
  • Gen 8: 4% | Gen 9: 5% | Gen 10: 6%

The crown jewel of the Norland plan. Earned through cumulative weaker-leg PV accumulation — not purchased. Once you reach a performance rank within the specified timeframe, Norland awards the corresponding incentive:

  • Silver Medal (5 months): International Trip
  • Silver Diamond (1 year): R216,000 Car Fund
  • Gold Diamond (18 months): R180,000
  • Blue Diamond (36 months): Up to R630,000
  • Crown Diamond (72 months): Up to R3.15M
