Yes. PEP Paxi has excellent coverage in townships and rural areas. PostNet covers all major towns and many smaller communities. If you're in a very remote area without a PostNet or PEP nearby, the Courier Guy door-to-door option is available. How do I track my order?

For WhatsApp orders, Pastor Ernest will send you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel on the PostNet, PEP Paxi or Courier Guy website using that number. For Shopzone online orders, tracking information is sent via email after dispatch.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

First, check your tracking number on the courier's website. If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, WhatsApp Pastor Ernest at +27 73 619 6670 with your order details and tracking number. He will follow up with the courier on your behalf. Do not panic — delays are rare but do occasionally happen, especially over public holidays.

Do I need to be a member to buy Norland products?

No. Anyone can purchase Norland products at retail price through norlandshopzone.co.za or via WhatsApp without being a member. Membership is only required if you want to buy at the lower member price and/or earn retail/resale income from selling products to others.
What are the membership entry levels and what do I get?

What is PV and how does it work?

PV stands for Product Value — Norland's points system. As at 2026, 1PV = R18 (Norland's internal rate, pegged for consistency). PV is earned on product purchases and team sales. It accumulates over time and determines your rank advancement and bonus eligibility. Your entry level determines your starting PV. The more your team buys and sells, the faster your PV grows.
Can I upgrade my membership level after joining?

Yes. You can upgrade from Senior Member up to Gold level, or from Bronze up to Diamond level, within 60 days of your registration date. After 60 days, upgrades are only available during special upgrade promotions announced by Norland SA. These promotions come fairly regularly but are at the company's discretion. What is a QC code and when do I receive it?

Your QC code is your unique Norland member ID — it starts with "QC" followed by 7 digits (e.g. QC1234567). You receive it via SMS from Norland after your registration is processed. It is your Back Office login username at zmd.nor-land.com (PC) or m.nor-land.com (mobile). All your sales, PV, bonuses and team activity are recorded against your QC code.
Where do I attend a Norland presentation before joining?

Norland SA hosts a weekly business presentation at the Rivonia office, No. 1 8th Avenue, Edenburg, Sandton, Johannesburg — every Thursday from 11am to 1pm. No registration required. Free to attend. The presentation covers the products, health protocols and the full business opportunity. What is the difference between entry levels and performance ranks?
▼
Entry levels (Senior Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) are paid — you choose and pay for them when you join. Performance ranks (Silver Medal, Gold Medal, Silver Diamond, Gold Diamond, Blue Diamond, Red Diamond, Yellow Diamond, Crown Diamond) are earned — they are achieved through the cumulative PV of your weaker binary leg. Performance ranks cannot be purchased; they are unlocked through team growth and sales performance, and they unlock the highest bonus tiers and incentive rewards.

Are there monthly sales targets I must meet?

No compulsory monthly targets. Norland uses a cumulative PV accumulation system — you accumulate points at your own pace. There is no SSD (Same Status Distributorship), no break-away rule and no cut-off. This means your team's PV always contributes to your advancement, regardless of when or how fast it accumulates.
What is the binary system and how does it work?

Norland uses a binary compensation structure — meaning you build two legs (left and right) under you. Every new member you sponsor goes into either your left or right leg. The Group Performance Bonus is calculated on the weaker leg's weekly sales — ensuring balanced, sustainable growth. There is no break-away and no cut-off — your weaker leg's PV always counts. This is one of the most distributor-friendly compensation structures in the direct selling industry.
